Acceptance

By using the Dressly platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Dressly lets dress-rental boutiques manage inventory, rentals, customers and invoices. The service is provided "as is"; we aim for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Subscription & billing

You start with a free trial, then a monthly subscription for your chosen plan. Fees are paid in advance via the payment gateway or bank transfer. Non-payment may suspend access.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop data, the confidentiality of your account, and compliance with applicable Oman regulations — including how you handle your customers’ data and the WhatsApp messages you send from your own number.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
